CURRENT ALERT LEVEL INFORMATION

Hamilton is currently under Alert Level 1. However as the move to Alert Level 1 happened within the start of a week we have decided to continue our Alert Level 2 timetable for the remainder of Term 3 which finished on Sunday 27th September.

However our processes will revert back to Alert Level 1 from midnight Monday 21st September, which means:

  • Spectators are welcome to come watch their gymnasts from the mezzanine.

  • Entry and Exit processes will be out the front door. We will not be using the side roller door.

  • 5 years + Recreation (GFA) gymnasts, please tick your name on the list at the front desk as you walk in the door. Pre-school and Competitive gymnasts, your coach has your list and they will tick you off.

  • Everyone is to head up onto the mezzanine to wait for their class. Your coach will call you down when they are ready.

  • The drinking fountain and water bottle cooler will be able to be used again.

  • Water bottle carriers will be used again, so continue to bring a full drink bottle for your session.

  • The cubby holes will be able to be used again.

However there are a couple of Level 2 processes that we do still recommend:

  • Please continue to wash and/or sanitise your hands. Hand hygiene is important all the time!

  • Please continue to bring a bag to hold all your items that you need for training.

We have opened enrollments for Term 4 based off an Alert Level 1 schedule and information can be found on our Timetable and Fees page. For competitive training information, please refer to the email(s) that have been sent from your Programme Manager regarding your holiday and Term 4 training plans.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the office.
